Shipping – Australia

Orders over $175 in value will be delivered free of shipping charge.

SIREN CLOTHING charges a flat rate of $10 per order.

We use Australia Post Express Post Satchels as our shipping carrier. All parcels can be tracked.

We generally process orders within one business day from the time you submit your order to us.

Delivery is generally one to two working days, depending on the area. Allow an additional day for locations outside metropolitan areas.

For safety reasons, we prefer to deliver to a business address. If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is available to receive the package in person.

Goods will be dispatched once we receive your payment.

Shipping – International

Free Standard International Shipping is available on all orders over $250 in value.

Shipping charge for overseas customers is determined by which Zone we are shipping to and the quantity of items being sent.

Oceania = New Zealand and Asia/Pacific region. Worldwide = Rest of the World.

We use Australia Post Standard International as our shipping carrier. Parcels are trackable.

Please allow at least six business days for deliveries within Oceania, and at least six business days for deliveries Worldwide.

The shipping charge is calculated at the checkout. Free shipping, where applicable, is automatically calculated at the checkout.

Please be aware any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs.

As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to.

Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made.

Items shipped overseas are exclusive of Australian GST.

All prices are in Australian dollars and do not currently include GST.

Customers may pay using their Amex,  Mastercard or Visa cards.

Payment is only debited from your card when your order is ready to be dispatched.

The transaction will be processed by the secure payment gateway Paypal.

SIREN CLOTHING does not hold credit card information.

Online Returns & Exchange Policy

“Customer service is our number one priority!”

We take great pride in our reputation for excellent quality and fit. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you with an exchange or refund. We are happy to accept your exchange or refund within 10 working days from receipt of payment, or 20 working days for International orders.

  • Your original receipt is required for all exchanges or refunds.
  • Returned garments must be in their original condition, unused, and unwashed with tags still attached. Garments soiled with makeup, deodorant, etc. will not be accepted.
  • Returned garments must be accompanied by our Returns and Exchange Form
  • In the case of items being exchanged, we will resend the new item free of additional postage charges.
  • We will try our best to exchange the garment as requested, however, if the garment is out of stock, we will refund you the garment cost instead, freight is non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment.
  •  A 10% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.
  • International Returns are not able to be exchanged and will be refunded only.

Credit will be processed upon receipt, inspection and verification of the returned merchandise. We recommend sending the returned garment via Australia Post Express Post or Courier, or International equivalent, to ensure safe and documented delivery. Please include a copy of your receipt and our Returns & Exchange Form.

Siren Clothing Returns & Exchange Policy

We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.

We will happily exchange your garment if you change your mind within 7 days. All tags must still be attached and the garment must be in its original condition. The garment must be accompanied by the original receipt.
